Total effluent management was started in 2021 by Raymond Delaney’s passion about the Agri sector. It was started with the goal of providing honest, reliable and high quality work specializing, rather than being general. As the contracting business is small, Raymond is able to provide personal service to each client ensuring the job is done to the highest standard. We pride ourselves on being efficient.

Growing up in Ireland on a beef farm/animal haulage services he developed a passion for agriculture. Going on to graduate university of Edinburgh Napier with an Honors degree in Civil and Transportation Engineering he worked on jobs from beach house in California to high rises in New York. After a few years working in America, he decided to visit Australia and his passion ag reignited leading him to leave engineering, return to his original passion and becoming an Australian citizen.
